Bad practice and inclement weather on Saturday at Thompson Speedway didn't stop Woody Pitkat from capturing first place at the "Ice Breaker" race. Woody Pitkat was involved in an incident during practice but recovered to score the victory in the #99 Sunoco Modified first race. I could not be any prouder of Woody than I was this weekend. Woody gave me a victory as a first time car owner, and came in 4th on Sunday's race. I would personally like to thank everyone for all their help and support this past weekend. Talk about "Team" work, including crews from other race teams that came to aid us in recovering from the practice incident. Mr. Rowe also gives Congratulations to both Woody and Jeff Malave, for their hard work this weekend. Jeff Malave placed 3rd on Saturday....... Congratulations to Jeff Malave also.. Hithcock Pool Water, owner Robert Hitchcock, said "This was a nice victory", he too, is very proud of Woody..
I would like to THANK everyone for all your hard work. Kelly
